Light from the Dark Ages
Don’t believe everything you read about the so-called Dark Ages. As a matter of fact, the centuries between the fall of the Roman Empire and the Renaissance actually witnessed major advancements in architecture, agriculture, music, art, philosophy, and science. In a similar vein, the modern strength world would benefit greatly from gleaning some light from the dark ages of lifting, back when all that was needed to get big and strong was a barbell, determination, and gallons of milk.
