Are You a Man or a Mouse?
“I don't like work—no man does, but I like what is in the work, the chance to find yourself.”—Joseph Conrad
I'll never forget the muscle rag article that inspired me to write "Flowers for Megamouse" for MILO way back when. The bottom line: scientists were working on a pill that could increase your muscle mass 300% without any lifting at all. The article supported the findings with a photo of two poor little mice, one obviously more muscular than the other.
Two enduring questions remain: Would you take such a pill? Are you a man or a mouse?
