The new format of 12 competitors, including one American, continues to be seen as the plan for the 2004 World's Strongest Man contest, and Douglas Edmunds, Ph.D. said today that the IFSA Holdings Board of Directors will decide which athletes go to the competition.

Members of the IFSA Holdings Board of Directors are Jussi Laurimaa, who is the acting CEO of the freshly-minted organization, Ayman Moumina, and the leaders of the original IFSA organization, Douglas Edmunds, Jamie Reeves, Ilkka Kinnunen and Marcel Mostert.
