Developed by IronMind in 1993, the Rolling Thunder is a grip-strength staple recognized worldwide—used in official competitions for both one-hand deadlifts and for pull-ups. The Rolling Thunder launched the sport of armlifting, and is a core event in top-level grip strength contests.
