Top U.S. strongman competitors got their answer today to the question of how to qualify for the IFSA Helsinki Grand Prix 2000. A qualifying event will be held on February 12th in Tampere, Finland. This contest will include Finnish competitors as well as competitors from the U.S. and other countries, and the top-placing foreign competitors will be invited to the prestigious IFSA Helsinki Grand Prix on March 18, 2000. Present plans call for accepting two or three top American competitors in this qualifying event on February 12th.
