Thomas Larsen Breaks Pinch Grip World Record

Storming back to reclaim his world record on the IronMind Blockbuster Pinch Grip Block, Thomas Larsen pulled 46.60 kg at the 2017 Norwegian Grip Championships.

“Although there were few competitors (9), we had a great display of strength,” Eirik Bruun Ingebretsen reported to IronMind. “After Thomas and myself did comfortable lifts at 40 kg [ont he IronMind Blockbuster Pinch Grip Block], we decided to go for a new world record. As you can see in the video, the setup weighed 46.6 kg.
“I only got it 6 inches off the floor, but I was more than happy to bow for Thomas, the king of wide pinch,” said Ingebretsen.
