What is billed as "the first ever Thick Bar World Championships" will be hosted by the NASS on June 18th. All lifts will be performed on a two-inch diameter bar, and the highest total wins. The lifts are: squat, push press, deadlift, standing curl and one-arm dumbbell press. The contest will be held at Stroud's Fitness in Hurst, Texas.
