Strongman Competitors Support WSF, Not ASF

As its final chapter on the current dispute involving ASF and WSF, IronMind turned to the strongman competitors themselves and asked pointblank what they thought, since the heads of these two strongman federations had issued contradictory reports—each condemning the other.
The emerging picture was consistent and quite clear: while saying Vlad Redkin’s WSF contests were not perfect, leading international strongman competitors had positive comments about him, including their willingness to continue competing in his contests.
Omid Amiri (ASF), however, received strong criticism across the board, along with statements from athletes that they wanted nothing further to do with him.
