This coming Saturday (August 6), Liperia, Finland will host the 2016 Strongman Champions League (SCL) Finnish Open.

The start list will feature “eight of the strongest men in Finland and four international strongman competitors, all going for the title and places in upcoming international events,” SCL director Ilkka Kinnunen told IronMind.

“There will be total of 6 hard and heavy disciplines, such as John Deere Forest Machine Pull, Mercedes Vito Car Deadlift, Farmer’s Walk/Shield Carry Medley, Forward Hold, Pressing Medley, Giant Log Loading., and the competition will be televised by MT3,” Kinnunen said.
