With the Pan American Games drawing near, superheavyweight Shane Hamman (USA) is aiming for a PR performance. "I'm wanting to at least hit my 410 total there, so I'm going to try some big stuff," Hamman said. "I do want to get my 190 snatch in finally, and then I'd like to go ahead and at least hit 225, to break my personal best clean and jerk."
