Featuring benchmark tests of grip strength, Haugen’s contest kicks off with the Rolling Thunder, followed by the Apollon’s Axle (double overhand deadlift), Captains of Crush (CoC) Silver Bullet, IronMind Hub and Blockbuster Pinch Grip Block.
