Congratulations to Rex Hubbard, who has been certified on the IronMind® Red Nail™, a benchmark short bend.

Rex said he began his grip training in February 2008, but don't think this mean's Rex is aiming low or planning to go slow. "Some time within the next year, I plan to be the best gripster in the world," Rex told IronMind®.  "I am also training to deadlift 900 pounds and more."
