Scandinavia IFSA and Strongman Polska have announced the competitors and events for the Polish Grand Prix on July 24th in Gdansk, Poland. The competitors include some of the world's top strongmen: Janne Virtanen, Magnus Samuelsson, Svend Karlsen, Glenn Ross, Berend Veneberg, Mark Philippi, Laszlo Fekete, Mariuz Pudianowski, Jarek Dymek, Thomas Kuras. The events are: farmer's walk (120-kg for distance), loading (six 100-kg sacks), Conan's circle (320 kg), Hercules Hold (1300 kg, each side), hand over hand truck pull, bench press (170-kg log for reps).
