When IronMind® began its focus on grip over fifteen years ago, we hardly guessed that we would be spawning a cottage industry, and the latest person to hang out a shingle is John Wood.

Unlike most of the new entrants, John actually has been involved in grip training for years - from the time he was 12, he has been training on the world's leading grip equipment under the watchful eye of his father, Kim Wood, a longtime advocate and practitioner of hand strength training.
