Louis-Philippe Jean Breaks Canadian Log Lift Record

Strongman Louis-Philippe Jean reportedly demolished the Canadian log lift record last night in Quebec.

“Just get out of the contest,” LP told IronMind.  “That was the log lift contest in Quebec City held by Yannick Normandinhe was the helper referee at both editions of Fortissimus, and several times head referee at Canada’s Strongest Man.

“Just did a new Canadian mark, 430.5-lb log lift, so 195.5-kg log.  The 3 tries were 390/easy 415/ (old record was 412.5 lb by Hugo Girard) 430/ new mark to beat,” reported L-P Jean.
