Jouko Ahola Update...
Jouko Ahola is currently training with Janne Virtanen and Juha Tuhkasaari, helping them prepare for the Helsinki Grand Prix. "I don't compete, but I do it only for Janne and Juha because they are number one and number two; I think I can help them," Ahola said. For his part, Ahola's gym training currently focuses on sets of "five to eight reps; I don't do singles." Talking about his deadlift, Ahola said, "I can do 330 [kg] for eight," and said he can back squat "260 or 280 for eight, no knee wraps, no belt, nothing."
