Famed weightlifting coach Ivan Abadjiev was just named "Best Coach of the Century" in Bulgaria, with the award presented by the president of Bulgaria. Abadjiev, whose name is synonymous with hard training, catapulted the Bulgarian weightlifting program into a position of international prominence with his methods, and has regularly produced many of the world's top lifters.
