The 1999 IFSA Team World Championships got off to a spectacular start today in Panyu, China, with the live crowd estimated at 35,000 and the television audience estimated at 830 million. The Finnish team (Ahola & Virtanen) dominated today's farmer's walk. Sweden (the Samuelsson brothers) was second, and Poland (Dyme & Pudzianowski) was third.
