When Doug Smith, Strength Coach at Juniata College, organized this weekend's 5th Annual Pennsylvania State Strength & Conditioning Clinic, he included grip guys Jim Smith and Jedd Johnson on the program.

By doing this, Coach Smith stepped outside the mainstream, and what he ended up with was a lot of excitement, interest and positive energy. Jim Smith and Jedd Johnson used both a presentation and a hands-on demonstration to make their points, and what they came up with was such a hit that they've already been signed up to return next year. Way to go, guys!
