Well known Russian grip competitor Alexey Tyukalov will be competing at Odd Haugen’s grip contest at the Chicago FitExpo next month, so if you want a chance to go head-to-head with Tank, or at least grab a selfie plus an autograph, make your plans now.

A former arm wrestler who set himself the goal of breaking Mark Felix’s world record on the Rolling Thunder, Tyukalov succeeded, and he’s also a former world record hold on the Captains of Crush (CoC) Silver Bullet Hold, plus he is certified on the Captains of Crush No. 3 gripper, so he has more than demonstrated his prowess on the benchmark tests of grip strength.

Tyukalov has competed in several of Odd Haugen grip contests at the FitExpo over the last few years, always producing a solid performance, and he dominated the grip competition at the 2015 Los Angeles FitExpo.



There’s still time to fine tune your training, bringing your performance up a notch and giving you the best possible ending when you tell your buddies, not mention your wife and kids, “I took on Tank in Chicago and . . .  . “
