Frankenstein Taylor on the Mend...

Gary Taylor just underwent the fourth operation on his knee, and is in very good spirits following the surgery. This was yet another attempt to repair the damage sustained when a 450-kg tire he was flipping fell back on him, pinning him to the ground (see MILO, Volume 5 - Number 2). In this most recent operation, a donor's Achilles tendon was used, spawning more good-natured comparisons with Frankenstein. Taylor, a veteran of weightlifting, bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman competitions (see MILO, Volume 3 - Number 2), has sustained his share of injuries over the years, and by his own count, has had 560 stitches.
