Dr. Antonio Urso, president of the European Weightlifting Federation (EWF), has sent IronMind “the first issue of the scientific journal of the EWF.”

“As you know, I think a lot in weightlifting coaches’ culture and for this reason we have created a magazine dedicated to all of them,” Dr. Urso told Randall Strossen.

“Although the magazine is by the EWF, everyone in the world can download the free PDF from the website of the EWF,” said Dr. Urso.
