Looking for new challenges, longtime bodybuilder Csaba Kocsis started grip training and steel bending—proving his success, Csaba has just been certified on the IronMind Red Nail, a benchmark steel bend.
The certification attempt took place under the able eye of veteran referee Martin Arildsson (CoC3 ’04), who reported, “Thanks for the support and letting me referee Csaba's certification attempt. I have just came home after refereeing his attempt, and he certainly made short work of it!
"The certification took place at Muscle Zone in Malmö which Arne Persson (certified on Captains of Crush No. 3 gripper in 2003) is part owner of. I think we can expect many other great feats from Csaba in the future,” said Arildsson.
Csaba, who lives in “a small seaside town” in Sweden, is 179 cm tall, weighs 104 kg and is 39 years old. “I have been training (mainly bodybuilding) for 25 years, but after that time it is a bit boring, so I was looking for new challenges. Therefore besides going to the gym, I started grip-training and steel-bending.”
Congratulations, Csaba—your name as been added to the Red Nail Roster—and many thanks, Martin for refereeing Csaba’s official attempt to bend an IronMind Red Nail.
