C.J. Cummings Breaks More American Weightlifting Records

“C.J. Cummings broke the Youth (17 & under), Junior (20 & under), and Senior American Record clean and jerk record of 175,” Jim Schmitz reported from the USAW National Championships. 

“C.J. is 15 years old, weighed just under 69 kgs. and made this 175 American record which also gave him the American record total of 306 and first place.  This was a fantastic lift,” said Schmitz, a three-time Olympic weightlifting coach.
