Big Numbers at the European Powerlifting Championships

How about a junior doing a 430.5-kg squat, a 275-kg bench press and a 355-kg deadlift?

That's what Ukranian lifter Vitaliy Papazov did to win the supers at the European Powerlifting Championships, with the total (1060 kg) being an IPF junior world record.

Other highlights included Andrzej Stanaszek (Poland) winning the 52-kg class with a 290-kg world record squat, and 600-kg world record total, and Andrey Tarasenko (Russia) winning the 90-kg category with a world record 957.5-kg total (via 365-247.5-345).
