Meet promoter, and competitor, Odd Haugen reported today that the international competitors have arrived in Honolulu for this weekend's "Beauty & the Beast" strongman competition. Among those who have tested a couple of the events are 1998 "World's Strongest Man" winner Magnus Samuelsson (SWE) and 1997 "World's Strongest Man" winner Jouko Ahola (FIN). Haugen said that after trying some of the events, Ahola gave his approval: "This is like a Finnish competition," Ahola said. "Heavy. I like that."
