After four tough events, twelve competitors advanced to the finals of the Beauty & the Beast strongman contest, with Virtanen leading the group of qualifiers. The remaining qualifiers were 2) Karlsen, 3) Ollesch, 4) Philippi, 5) Haugen, 6) Pfister, 7) Karl Gillingham, 8) Schoonveld, 9) Baskin, 10) Bartl, 11) Boyer and 12) Coy. The fifth event, the first for the finalists, was The Trolley Pull (harness and rope), and it was won by Pfister. Virtanen was second, Ollesch was third, and Karlsen was fourth.
