The All-American Strongman Challenge is both days at the LA FitExpo:
Saturday
Farmer’s Walk: 2 x 180 kg/20 m
Overhead Medley: 115-kg aluminum block, 125-kg field stone, 140-kg log, 150-kg keg, 160-kg Apollon’s Axle
Deadlift Medley: Giant Fishing Pole (250 kg), Giant Tire (363 kg), Cyr Barbell (340 kg), Apollon’s Axle (417 kg)
Super Yoke: 415 kg/40 m (out and back)
Tug of War: preliminaries (top 16)
Sunday
Tug of War Finals
Stones for top eight competitors: five stones ranging from 120 kg to 195 kg)
Cash prizes go six deep:
1. $4,000
2. $2,000
3. $1,500
4. $1,000
5. $850
6. $650
