Minsk, Belarus will host the 2019 APL Armlifting Europe Cup, which promises to be a top notch grip strength competition, open to all European athletes. The 2019 APL Armlifting Cup is expected to draw some of the biggest names in European armlifting, a grip contest format that began with the Rolling Thunder and now also includes such grip strength staples as the CoC (Captains of Crush) Silver Bullet Hold, Apollon’s Axle, and IronMind Hub.

Staged in a big club in Minsk (Belarus), APL is once again bringing a new level of showmanship to its world class grip competition. APL's Dmitriy Suhovarov told IronMind, "We are glad to see all European athletes," and as an indication of the level of preparation, he added, "We have invited the Belorussian President and other government elite."

Official attempts for Captains of Crush gripper certifications and Crushed-To-Dust Challenge certifications will also be available.
