Ukraine once again served up a top grip competition when the WPL IRON GRIP contest on March 2 produced two new women’s world records (Apollon’s Axle, LIttle Big Horn) and a certification on the Crushed-To-Dust® Challenge.
Talk about crushing the Crushed-To-Dust Challenge—that’s exactly what Mykola Prezhyn did as he smoked the requirements: closing a No. 2 Captains of Crush gripper, lifting 20 kg on the IronMind Hub and lifting 90 kg on the Rolling Thunder. Here’s a link to the video of his performance.
Also on tear, Lyudmila Gaiduchenko broke her own world record on the Apollon’s Axle with a lift of 137.9 kg, and she regained the women’s world record on the Little Big Horn with a lift of 75.15 kg.
