WSM Finals: Day 1...

The finals for the 1999 "World's Strongest Man" TV show began today in Malta, and two events were contested. In the super yoke, Karlsen won, followed by Ahola and then Virtanen. Ahola won the deadlift hold, followed by Karlsen, and then Veneberg.
