USA Weightlifting Coach Steps Down...

Assistant USA coach for the upcoming Women's World Weightlifting Championships John Thrush resigned from the position yesterday. With the World Championships just weeks away, Thrush's resignation caught many by surprise, especially because a top USA performance is crucial for gaining slots for athletes at the 2000 Olympics. John Coffee was named as the replacement.
