Weightlifting superstar Tommy Kono is holding a clinic in his hometown of Sacramento, California on April 12th. Kono set more than two dozen world records in the sport, won gold medals in two Olympics, and in 1992 was named by the IWF as the greatest weightlifter of all time. Kono's clinic will be held in Bill Kutzer's Olympic weightlifting gym at California State University-Sacramento (Solano Building, Room 1020), and there will be parking in Lot 1. The clinic starts at 6:00 p.m., is expected to last about two hours, and is open to the public.
