We knew it that it was only a matter of time before the first Russian certified on the benchmark No. 3 Captains of Crush® Gripper, and while Sergey Daraganjust did that, he added an exclamation point to this accomplishment: he also certified on the No. 3.5 Captains of Crush® Gripper.

The 115-kg, 31-year-old Master of Sport in powerlifting stands 184 cm tall (a little over 6’), lives in Taganrog and he said that he also likes strongman and arm wrestling.  Talk about a talent, Sergey said that he started grip training in May 2010, so is it any wonder that he told IronMind, “I think that I will be able to squeeze CoC No. 4.”
