Rolling Thunder®: Rules Amendment

Given concerns about 1) contact between the lifter’s hand or the Rolling Thunder® handle and his or her leg and 2) quick down signals, the official rules for lifting the IronMind Rolling Thunder were amended today and are in effect immediately.
