Nikita Yurkovets (Belarus) continues to tear through the top tiers of the grip strength world in a way that’s reminiscent of the great Mike Burke: in his latest performance, Yurkovets has broken the coveted world record for Rolling Thunder Pull-ups (maximum weight) as he made easy work of 172.1 kg.
By now, the basics of Nikita’s bio are well known to grip strength aficionados, and here’s the latest.
“My name is Nikita Yurkovets and I come from Belarus. I work as an instructor in the gym, and also do carpentry,” Nikita told IronMind.
“I've been training grip since 2017. Recently passed the Crushed to Dust certification and officially passed the CoC 3.5 certification.
“I am going to continue to conquer Olympus of grip, set various records and pass all kinds of certifications. Thank you!”
Mark another major milestone: Nikita Yurkovets is the new world record holder for Rolling Thunder Pull-ups (maximum weight).
