She’s been chasing it for a while and now it’s official: Lyudmila Gaiduchenko (Ukraine) has been certified on the Captains of Crush No. 2 gripper.

A well-known armlifter, Gaiduchenko holds the women’s world record for the Apollon’s Axle deadlift, the Rolling Thunder One-Hand Deadlift and the Little Big Horn, and she said she has with her eye “on several [more] world records. Gaiduchenko is a graduate of the Institute of Physical Culture and Sports, and trains grip every five days. Gaiduchenko is 55 years old, 170 cm tall (5’ 7”) and weighs 95 kg (209 lb.).
