Doha - It was easy for her: Liu Haixa (China) won the gold medal in the women's 69-kg category by 30 kg at the Asian Games today.

Liu ended the evening with a 115-kg snatch and a 150-kg clean and jerk, for a 265-kg total. Pan Yar Thet (Myanmar) blasted up six good lifts, finishing with a 230-kg total and the silver medal. Korea's Kim Mi Kyung got the bronze, with 223.
