Anzhela Kulagina (Russia) pulled 28.51 kg in commanding style to break the IronMind Hub women’s world record.

Introduced in 1991, the IronMind Hub is recognized as the international standard for hub lifts—building on the classic demonstration of a superior pinch grip by lifting an old style York 45-lb. plate by the hub.
