The prize list for the 2016 Eastern European Armlifting Championships include 1,000 euros cash for the best results in the Rolling Thunder and Captains of Crush (CoC) Silver Bullet Hold, along with medals and gifts from sponsors.
The 2016 APL Eastern European Armlifting Championships sets a new standard for focus in the grip world: one bodyweight category and two benchmark grip strength events—the Rolling Thunder and the Captains of Crush (CoC) Silver Bullet Challenge—with a men’s class and a women’s class. That’s it:
“We will have 2 disciplines in absolute categories for men and women: IronMind Rolling Thunder and IronMind Silver Bullet,” APL’s Dmitriy Suhovarov told IronMind.
Suhovarov said that the competition is expected to draw teams from “Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Bulgaria (of course), Greece, Romania, and Macedonia.”
“I will compete too: It’s a good chance to have a nice holiday on the Black Sea coast and compete at the same time,” said Suhovarov.
