2001 World’s Strongest Man (WSM) winner Svend Karlsen has developed a strongman certification program that is being offered through Midtown Manhattan’s Global Strongman Gym.


Midtown Manhattan’s Global Strongman Gym is offering WSM winner Svend Karlsen’s strongman certification course, open to all.  IronMind® | Courtesy of Svend Karlsen/Global Strongman Gym.


Designed to bring the benefits of strongman training to everyone who is interested in improved endurance, power and speed, the certification course “Strongman training is for all walks of life [and is] more fun, more movement than your regular gym training routines.”

The certification is set for February 25–26, 2012 and you can register on the Global Strongman Gym website.
