“We are a group of grip athletes who are organizing the Norwegian Grip Championships on January 16th, 2016,” Eirik Bruun Ingebretsen reported to IronMind.

Events will include the Rolling Thunder and Captains of Crush grippers, benchmarks in the grip strength world, and Ingebretsen is confident he will be serving up something special: “This will be the best and biggest grip contest in norwegian history. We will have a great lineup of athletes and awesome prizes, thanks to our sponsors.”

Eirik Bruun Ingebretsen's credits in the grip world include certifying on the Captains of Crush No. 3 gripper, as well as winning the 2014 IronMind Grip Classic and the 2015 US WHEA World Championships.
