Stand Firm
“Be sure to put your feet in the right place, then stand firm.”—Abraham Lincoln
One of the first things we are taught when we're learning how to squat is the correct placement of our feet. Take the wrong stance under a heavy bar and there's no telling where you might wind up, but it probably won't be good. It is just as vital to make sure you plant your feet on the right side of the pharmaceuticals battle line. Take the wrong stance here and there's no telling where you might wind up, but it definitely won't be good.
