Buying books and DVDs, attending workshops and clinics, frequenting online forums and discussion groups, and polling experts far and wide are all wonderful strategies for augmenting your mental arsenal and stockpiling data that can potentially improve your lot in life or (more importantly) workout tonnage.  Just remember knowledge is not power—it is potential power.  Knowledge only becomes power when it, like that gallon of gas sitting in your car, is ignited and acted upon!
