“The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it.”—Michelangelo

There are definite risks in thinking big: If your goal is lofty enough to inspire you, there are probably pretty good odds that you may not achieve it; if you share your aspirations, even among your inner circle, you’re providing them with one more piece of evidence that your head is permanently wedged up in the clouds; and finally, if your goal remains unattained, you subtly chip away at the confidence of your most ardent supporter - You!

And yet, the Florentine dreamer admonishes us that in life, as in art, as in lifting - the greatest risk we can ever take is to be content to remain safe!
